Started in April 2012 by Gbenga Awomodu, this blog is all about telling the story of nascent in the remote Nongov Community of Buruku Local Government Area in Benue State, Nigeria. Since some members of the National Youth Service Corps, a mandatory one-year orientation programme by the federal government of Nigeria, visited the community in January 2012, some impact has been made in the lives of the people, largely as regards education, health, and social welfare. Blogposts will feature project already/being carried out in the community, driven by Corps members in the neighbourhood.
